1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your yoga mat to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unrolled (if possible), unused, free of sweat or marks, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vexal.shop.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Important: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the yoga mat is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong color/model.

  • For yoga mats, this includes surface tears, significant odors, or non-slip texture issues.
  • We require clear photos or a short video of the defect to process your claim quickly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used yoga mats (mats that show signs of physical use, sweat, or cleaning).
  • Items purchased during a clearance sale or gift cards.
  • Custom-printed or personalized mats.

5. Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that all refunds are issued in USD. Your bank may take additional time to post the transaction.
